The interesting and great value of the electronics industry is innovation which brings constant changes. Since we are importers, we will have to look forward to see where the industry is going and relay this information to our manufacturers and then consult with the factories to have the latest and most feature intensive products to go to market.
MIG’s most important company strengths will be its president, Bill Bates. Mr. Bates has been in the electronics business for over 25 years. Bill has multiple contacts and follows all trends of the industry. He will look at what customer’s wants to have happen and will make it into a reality. Bill possesses the experience to be able to look at industry data and turn that information into profitable avenues.
The main factor for success will be MIG’s niche in the market. No product that is offered will be a “me too product”, meaning none of our competitors will carry or even plan to carry our same products. Our customer base will look to us for new products that make sense and hold a high value to the average customer.
The company will have limited items and will not carry older inventory (we have a system in place) to drag the company down. The important factor is research and what is to come on the horizon. Keeping the company interesting and profitable is our main goal.
